Interim Pastor in Conneaut, Ohio

Searching for an interim pastor for what is anticipated to be a substantial and full-time interim: in Northeast Ohio near Erie, Pennsylvania: Good Shepherd, Conneaut, Ohio worships 130 in two worship services, with an average worship attendance once closer to 200 before a conflict. The current pastor is retiring and moving out-of-state at the end of September.

The interim is anticipated to be full-time and includes a substantial staff. There would be strategic visioning and conflict transformation work. Visioning staffing (senior/associate pastor, senior pastor/deacon, or senior pastor/lay programming director) would be a part of this interim.

Completion of the Intentional Interim Ministry training is preferred.
